Collaboration LARCA-Ericsson on customer churn prediction
The LARCA research group has held an exploratory collaboration with Ericsson Research on the potential of stream mining techiques for churn prediction in the mobile phone contexts. The LARCA participants were B. Balle, B. Casas, A. Catarineu, and R. Gavaldà.
The result of the collaboration is reported in Ericsson Research blog. A technical report will be produced in the near future.
